Pechanga Resort & Casino Coin Fountain Donation - August 2009

Western Eagle Foundation was very fortunate this year to receive $7,220.00 from the fountains at Pechanga Resort & Casino. Charities are the primary destination for coins dropped in fountains and wishing wells at shopping malls, casinos and hotels throughout the Inland area. Workers empty anywhere from a few dollars to several hundred dollars of coins from the fountains about once a month, dumping them in plastic bags or paint buckets and leaving them for charities to pick up, sort, and de-corrode. Thanks to Pechanga's continued dedication and commitment we are able to feed many families in need.
